Founder/Director: Marta Rios Escarcega

Marta wears many hats.  She has been married to Arnold since 1983, and they have four wonderful adult children.  The oldest son is married, with two children and is 1st Lt. in the US Army. The second -daughter serves with YWAM - NZ leadership staff, the next (daughter) is pursuing her acting career and works in southern California and the youngest son is in college. Others call her mama E as well. Together Arnold and Marta have a ministry of hospitality, often hosting gatherings at their home.

Marta considers herself a life-long learner. She has a B.A. in Biblical/Religious Studies, and an M.A. in Education both from from Fresno Pacific University. She has a Doctor of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute and has taken a variety of online classes. She currently is enrolled in a doctorate program at Bakke Graduate University. Marta has taught for over 25 years in a variety of educational settings (i.e. alternative education, juvenile justice system, adult education, ministry schools, etc.). She was an Administrator and Principal of a CA K-12 charter school for six years.  She has served on several WASC review committees as an educational consultant.

Marta has been involved in countless ministries. She volunteered at International Christian Embassy Jerusalem in early 1980's, led women's studies, has come alongside three church start-ups, and served on their councils. She is an ordained minister. She loves teaching in discipleship and ministry schools, speaking, and prayer walking. One of her passions is to pray for those called to the entertainment industry. She also serves on a team that promotes faith-based movies in Fresno. 

Marta is an entrepreneur, pioneer, and has an anointing for connecting people.  She founded Hope Reformation in 2007 and Inspire Destiny in 2010. She is a dream/life coach, educational consultant, and mentor to many.  She has started a few social enterprises and she and her husband co-founded Escarcega Enterprise. They are also airbnb super hosts. She is an author of 'Transforming Lives, Transforming Cities,' a web designer, a blogger, and speaker. 

She has a passion to see others understand their design and come into their destiny.



Dave Wainscott is pastor and "chief dreamer" of Third Day Fresno, a missional church plant in Fresno. He also teaches Bible and Ministry for Latin American Bible Institute's Sanger Campus and is adjunct instructor in Bible for Fresno Pacific University's Degree Completion program.

A graduate of Fresno Pacific University (Bachelors, Communication/Spanish) and Asbury Theological Seminary (Masters of Divinity), he is on the executive eldership of, and teaches for, the Grace Covenant International network of ministries. He is a certified evangelist with United Christian Ashrams and enjoys speaking at camps and retreats as well as leading trips to Peru and Israel. He also serves as Chair of the Board of New Creation Ministries. Dave is currently blogging and writing in the area of church and culture (see www.davewainscott.blogspot.com).
Dave has been married to Sonya for 24 years, and they have two children, Tim and Sara.

Nancy Jen- serves as a Chaplain at San Joaquin Gardnes residency care facility. She also is a gifted teacher and is in a doctorate program.
